Chelsea's former manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that he will be looking for a swift return to football management. The Portuguese "Special One" had left Stamford Bridge on Thursday after the club revealed there had been a break down in the working relationship between the two parties.
Mourinho insists he has nothing lined up as of yet, but has said in an interview, "I'm going to enjoy my life, I'm going to wait for the telephone calls," Mourinho told The Times.
"I want to work."
A return to Portugal could be on the cards, and many are linking Mourinho with the Portugal national team job. "Big Phil" Scolari has been the subject of some speculation after having a touchline fracas with a Serbia player in a recent Euro 2008 Qualifier.
Mourinho later quipped on Portuguese television, "Ill take my time and relax after what happened.
Ive worked hard the last few years. Im not going to rush into a new job."
