West Ham midfielder Scott Parker is backing his boss, Gianfranco Zola, to be a roaring success at Upton Park. The Hammers slumped to another defeat against Arsenal at the weekend.
Parker said: "Thereâs no danger of the manager failing whatsoever. The training, the techniques and the different exercises weâre doing have impressed me and itâs clear heâs going to improve players.
"He stays out after training helping players with their finishing. He always has time to talk and tell them how to improve. He has helped everyone, including me!"
