Tony Adams: hands off

Tony Adams: hands off

29 October 2008 - 05:30

New Portsmouth boss Tony Adams has warned the club's Premiership rivals that they have no intention of selling any of their top players.

  • Chelsea lining up new midfielder to replace Enzo?
  • Chelsea interested in signing Christian Kofane
  • It is understood that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is planning a mid-season transfer raid on Pompey.

"I will fight Harry if he wants any of my top players. I’m delighted other clubs want them but it will be my job to keep them here.

"If anyone wants to go I’ll let them. I want players who want to play for us. If they don’t, it’s no good in the long run making them stay."
