Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on the signature of talented youngster Angel Di Maria. It is believed that Madrid could make an offer in the January transfer window.

Diario de Noticia has reported that Real Madrid will be making a £16 million offer for the player.



It is not yet clear if the player will be set to join Real in January or in the summer, as there are a number of obstacles blocking his exit.



Benfica are known to be reluctant to let the player leave the club.
