The Crystal Palace manager, Neil Warnock, has signed a one year extension to his contract ending the wide spread speculations of his move to QPR or Ipswich.
The one year deal will keep him at the Selhurst Park until 2011. Warnock said that the amazingly supportive fans is the real reason he wanted to remain in the club although he had many other offers.
"The fans understand that we are in trouble and they believe I am the best man to get the club out of that."
Warnock believes he would be able to give them the much needed stability to perform will in the league.
