Goran Pandev has emerged as a target for Chelsea this summer, should Ivory Coast international Didier Drogba decide to look for a new club. Pandev, currently at Lazio, is regarded as one of the best strikers in Italy at the moment, and could make a move very soon.

Pandev is valued by Lazio in the region of £14 million, and has forged a very useful partnership with former Birmingham frontman Mauro Zarate at the Roman side.



The Macedonian is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Eastern Europe, and is believed to be very keen to link up with Chelsea where he could partner with Nicolas Anelka.
