French side Rennes are set to sign Wales international defender Joe Rodon from Tottenham Hotspur, in a transfer deal worth a reported 11 million euros. Rodon has failed to force his way in to Spurs' plans, and Antonio Conte has decided that the player is now surplus to requirements and looks set to join the Ligue 1 side on a permanent deal.
