Celtic interested in signing Manchester City star?
Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has emerged as a potential option for Celtic as they seek to recruit a permanent goalkeeper for next season.
The Hoops have utilised the services of Fraser Forster on loan from Southampton this term but they are reluctant to sign him permanently with the Saints reluctant to lower their £10m valuation.
According to The Times, the Scottish champions are looking at various options to bolster their goalkeeping department this summer and that includes ex-City captain Joe Hart.
It is added that Bravo, who has made 60 appearances for the Premier League holders, is high on their wishlist, he could be available as a free-agent at the end of the season.
The 37-year-old has only one month remaining on his existing deal with the Cityzens but the club may extend his contract on a short-term basis for the rest of the season.
It is suggested that he would prefer regular gametime at the final phase of his career and that could see him pursue a fresh challenge when the campaign concludes.
