Tottenham make final Parker offer

Tottenham have tabled their final offer for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker. It is understood that the offer is 8.5m GBP, a chunk short of the 10m West Ham are looking for.

The Hammers are happy to hang on to Parker for as long as possible, but know the player is keen on a return to the Premier League.

Tottenham's take it or leave it offer is believed to expire on Tuesday morning; so that Harry Redknapp can turn his attention to other targets if necessary.
