Wigan make bid for Shaun Maloney

Wigan look set to complete a move for out of favour Celtic midfielder Shaun Maloney. According to reports from Scotland, Wigan have already agreed a 1m GBP fee with the Scottish side.

Maloney will return to England for his second spell, after an unfortunate time at Aston Villa back in 2007 where he failed to impress.

The 28 year old Scottish international will reportedly sign a 3 year contract at the JJB Stadium.
