Glen Johnson on Tottenham's radar

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson is a shock target for Tottenham in the January transfer window, with talk of a 15m GBP move coming to light this morning.

Glen Johnson has struggled for form in recent months at Anfield, and Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp could be set to rescue the defender from his Anfield nightmare and reunite with his former Portsmouth coach.

Tottenham sold Alan Hutton this summer to Aston Villa, whilst Kyle Walker has found his way into the first team in recent weeks, but Harry Redknapp is still hoping to bring more experience to his defence and Johnson has been earmarked as the most suitable candidate.
