Luis Suarez suspension until mid January?
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines as he looks set to be hit with his second FA charge in the space of two months. Against Fulham, the Uruguayan appeared to gesture with his middle finger to the rival fans.
“The club will take the appropriate time to properly review the documentation sent to us before making any further comment," said a Liverpool spokesman.
Last month Suarez faced punishment for apparent racist comments to Man Utd defender Patrice Evra. This second issue could see Suarez severely punished by the FA, who are taking a hard line stance with the striker.
