Aston Villa keen on Robbie Keane loan move
Aston Villa could follow the example of Everton and Arsenal's pursuit of Thierry Henry and Landon Donovan on loan; as the Villains are reportedly keen on a move for LA Galaxy striker Robbie Keane.
Villa manager Alex McLeish wants to bring the Irishman to Villa Park as cover for an increasingly tired Gabriel Agbonlahor, for a period of two months.
The package would see Keane move back to the Premier League after just six months of playing in the USA; and ensure that the striker can retain fitness over the New Year period.
