Corluka prefers Tottenham loan exit

Croatian defender Vedran Corluka - recently linked with a move to Serie A giants Roma - has told his club Tottenham that he would prefer to move on loan to a club in England, and plans to return in the summer and fight for a first team place at White Hart Lane.
The performances of Ryan Walker has meant first team opportunity has been scarce for the Croat, similarly, a wealth of talent in the middle of defence at the Lane means that Corluka has been unable to play regularly in the first team.
Most recently, Corluka had been linked with a 4m GBP transfer move to Italy however that deal fell through as the former Dinamo Zagreb star is settled in London.
This morning eyefootball understands that there are two clubs most interested in the player, West Ham and QPR. Both clubs are ready to pay for a loan move and the whole of his salary for the next six months.
