Tottenham keen on Hazard despite Man Utd interest
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is hopeful that Spurs can secure a move for Belgium international Eden Hazard in the summer, despite the fact that Premier League rivals Man Utd, Arsenal and Man City also want to sign the Lille frontman.
Tottenham manager Redknapp has personally been monitoring Hazard for several months, and there has been some suggestion that Spurs will pay big money to secure his signature in July.
"Our chairman is willing to pay for an exceptional talent, like Eden Hazard," Redknapp said.
"I have seen him several times recently, in Marseille [in January] and then also against PSG in the final of the Coupe de France [last May].
"But I also know that Manchester United are looking at him and also Manchester City. It will be difficult to get him, but I like him a lot."
