Arsenal boss Wenger ignores his critics
Arsenal's manager Arsene Wenger has launched a tirade against his critics who have accused of him of making strange decisions in crucial Premier League matches this year. Gunners fans were heard chanting "you don't know what you're doing" at their manager during the 0-0 draw with Aston Villa at the weekend.
Gunners fans voiced their frustrations after Wenger substituted Olivier Giroud for young midfielder Francis Coquelin at Villa Park last Saturday.
Arsene Wenger has called for calm as he prepares for Wednesday's crucial Premier League battle with Everton at Goodison Park.
"My job is to give full commitment to this club with integrity and that is what I always do, without expecting any return," said Wenger. "I just make sure I do my job properly. What is for sure is people have more opinions and have more potential to express those opinions in different kinds of media."
