Arsenal monitoring star Clement Grenier

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted on French television that the signing Clement Grenier this summer remains one of his priorities. The Lyon playmaker has been compared to former Gunner; Samir Nasri.

"We are following him, I like the intelligence of his play," said Wenger.


"He has interesting qualities, if anyone, he reminds me of Nasri."


22-year-old midfielder has burst onto the scene in recent seasons and has now appeared 64 times for the Lyon side. In addition, he has also appeared five times for the French under-21 side. This season, in Ligue 1, Grenier has scored six goals and made six others.
