Fulham track Scott Parker

Fulham track Scott Parker

Fulham manager Martin Jol is all set to place a bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker, according to a report. It has been suggested that Jol is ready to rival QPR, who are also keen to capture the 32-year-old’s signature.

The English footballer is reportedly surplus to the requirements at the White Hart Lane and the Spurs are ready to sell the midfielder for the right price.

QPR boss Harry Redknap has set his eyes on Parker but they will have to face a stiff off-pitch rivalry from Fulham who are ready to table a 4million pounds bid for the midfielder. Sunderland have also been linked with Parker’s transfer move this summer. With the three clubs in race for Parker’s sign, it would be interesting to see who lands the England international on their side.

Parker has had to struggle for his place at the White Hart Lane, with the likes of Sandro and Moussa Dembele providing good cover in the midfield for the Spurs. He has appeared in 56 matches for the club since he joined the Spurs in August 2011.
