Valencia preparing loan move for Chelsea forward Demba Ba

Chelsea forward Demba Ba, who has reportedly been told he is free to leave Stamford Bridge should the Blues complete a deal for Man Utd forward Wayne Rooney, could be set for a surprise loan switch to Valencia.
Having sold Roberto Soldado to Tottenham last week, Valencia are looking for replacements for the Spain international and have reportedly identified Demba Ba as a potential new recruit. Valencia have already signed Helder Postiga, but also want to add another player for further attacking options this coming season.
Demba Ba has slipped down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge after Jose Mourinho admitted that Romelu Lukaku, who spent last year at West Brom, would be fighting for a first team place alongside Fernando Torres.
Valencia are ready to take Demba Ba on loan and have been told by Chelsea that the player can join for free, but only as long as The Che pay the full salary of the Senegalese international.
