Arsenal refuse to rule out new Luis Suarez bid

Ahead of tomorrow's Premier League season opener against Aston Villa, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told reporters that there is still time to wrap up a major deal before the transfer window closes.
The Gunners have been linked with Luis Suarez for over a month, but so far Liverpool have rejected the offer made for the Uruguayan forward. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will continue to try and push through a deal for the former Ajax man.
There had been many concerned Arsenal supporters who suggested that the Gunners do not have the money to spend on new players, but Arsene Wenger today revealed that there is money in the bank and that he is not afraid to spend it: “We are not scared to spend money, but only on the right players. We would like two or three players, possibly more, but we will not compromise on the quality. I understand every frustration [of the fans]. What is important is the quality we put on the football pitch, but let’s not create a crisis from nothing."
