Scotland striker Kenny Miller has announced his retirement from international football. Miller has 69 caps for his country, and 18 goals to show for it. The last of his 18 goals came against England a fortnight ago, in the game Scotland lost 3-2 at Wembley.
Miller won his first cap in 2001, in a 1-1 friendly draw against Poland. He won his second cap almost two years later in a Euro 2004 qualifier against Iceland, in which he scored his first goal for Scotland. He won his 50th cap in a Euro 2012 qualifier against Czech Republic, to enter the international roll of honour.
Miller currently plays at Canadian outfit Vancouver Whitecaps after spells at Hibernian, Celtic, Rangers and Wolves.
