West Ham manager Sam Allardyce expects no more signings
West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has insisted that he does not expect the London based club to make any more signings this summer.
The Hammers have so far signed five players this summer, including the likes of Andy Caroll and Stewart Downing from Liverpool for a combined fee in the region of £20m.
Allardyce told West Ham's official website : "I don't think any more will come in but you never know until that window shuts.
"Something might turn up that the chairman and I might fancy so we'll have to wait and see."
West Ham face League two outfit Cheltenham Town in the second round of the Capital Cup on Tuesday.
