Jose Mourinho insists Juan Mata is going nowhere
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has insisted that the club are unwilling to part ways with Juan Mata, claiming the player being part of the team's plan for the future.
The Spanish International midfielder has been associated with a switch to Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks, but Mourinho has insisted that Mata was placed on the bench for the Blues' encounter against Manchester United due to a busy summer for the 25-year-old.
Mourinho was quoted saying by Goal.com: "There is no chance Juan goes.
"He had a very small pre-season after the Confederations Cup, and during that pre-season he was injured. He started training two days before we played the first league match."
