Sami Khedira staying at Real Madrid

Real Madrid and Germany midfielder Sami Khedira will not be leaving Real Madrid this summer. The 26-year-old had reportedly been approached by both Chelsea and Paris St Germain regarding a possible transfer move.

The player's agent has been quick to refute the possibility of a transfer away from the Bernabeu this summer.


"Sami will stay at Real," Jorg Neubauer told a German reporter this morning. "Just like he has always said."


There had been talk of a move away for Khedira to make way for the signing of Gareth Bale, but it appears there is a long term future for the German in Spain.
