James McCarthy: 'It would be great to work under Roy Keane'

Everton's summer signing James McCarthy has insisted that he would be delighted to have the former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane as the new Republic of Ireland manager.
McCarty told The Express: "A few names have been thrown around – Martin O'Neill and Mick McCarthy maybe, but it would be great to work under Roy Keane."
The 42-year-old who had managerial spells at Ipswich Town and Sunderland,has been named as one of the contenders for the Republic of Ireland vacancy.
Giovanni Trapattoni stepped down from his duties, following Tuesday night's World Cup qualifier defeat to Austria.
