Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho eyeing move for Nicolas Otamendi

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has envigorated interest in FC Porto's Nicolas Otamendi following the Blues unspectacular start to the Premier League campaign.

According to Spanish newspaper Marca, the talented Argentine defender looks set to join the West London outfit at the end of the current season.

It is believed that the Blues may have to pay a transfer fee in the region of £12 million to prise away Otamendi from the Primeira Liga champions.


Otamendi would be a welcome addition to the Blues, having seen Spanish defender Cesar Azpilicueta fail to hold on a starting berth at right-back.
