Fulham sack Martin Jol

Fulham have fired Dutch manager Martin Jol. The news comes just one day after the Cottagers slumped to a 3-0 defeat to West Ham, seemingly the last nail in the coffin for the former Ajax manager.

Fulham held talks with the 57-year-old last night after a run of terrible results that leaves the Cottagers languishing in 18th place in the league and now the club's owners will  e looking to appoint a new coach to take change before their next game against Tottenham on Wednesday.
