Despite that, there are sure to be many suitors for the player.A number of Premier League sides are said to be interested, including Arsenal and Tottenham, but both are likely to be disappointed to hear that Chelsea will only sell Mata to a foreign side.That puts the likes of Barcelona, PSG and Valencia all in the race for his signature. Chelsea have valued Mata at approximately 42.5 million Euros.
