Hull City interested in Celtic star Georgios Samaras

Hull City are reportedly readying a January bid for Celtic striker Georgios Samaras in the upcoming transfer window.

The talented Greek international is yet to sign a new deal with the Scottish champions, in spite of his current contract expiring at the end of the current season.


According to Hull Daily Mail,  Celtic manager is keen on signing up the long serving striker on a new deal, with Hull City keen on securing his services in the January transfer window.


Hull boss Steve Bruce is expected to make a £1m transfer offer in an attempt to lure the talented Greek star to KC stadium, when the transfer window reopens in January.


Samaras has scored eight goals in 23 appearances for the club this season.
