Arsenal set to land La Liga star for £32m?

Arsenal are reportedly set to launch a £32m transfer offer for the services of Atletico Madrid marksman Diego Costa in the winter transfer window.

The talented Brazilian hotshot has established himself as one of the best strikers in the European continent, and the Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is keen on securing his services sooner rather than later, following injuries to Olivier Giroud and Nicklas Bendtner in a space of three days, with the latter set to spend a few months on the sidelines.


The Daily Star reports that the 25-year-old will be the subject of a £32m bid from the Gunners in the winter transfer window, as the North London outfit are keen on stamping their authority in their quest for the Premier League title this season.


Costa leads the scoring charts with 23 goals in as many games for Los Rojiblancos this season.
