The 21-year-old winger, who is yet to start a Premier League match for the Red Devils, joined the club on a permanent basis from Crystal Palace in the summer, and is understood to be keen on making a temporary switch in the winter transfer window.
The Mirror claims that the Cardiff City have joined the likes of Stoke City, Newcastle United, Swansea City and Everton in the race for the player's signature.
