Everton plot permanent transfer for Gareth Barry
Everton manager Roberto Martinez will make a bid to sign Gareth Barry on a permanent deal at the end of the season. Barry is currently on loan at Goodison Park from Man City.
With Barry's future at Man City all but over, it is understood that Manuel Pellegrini will listen to any offers for the midfielder. Barry is still confident that he could win a place on the plane to Brazil with England at the end of the season for the World Cup having had an impressive season with the Toffees.
It is understood that Man City will accept bids of around 5 million to sell Barry to any rival Premier League team.
