Julian Alvarez has again dropped a hint that he could be leaving the Etihad Stadium this summer, after telling reporters that he is open to departure whilst on international duty for home country Argentina. Alvarez has been an important player for Man City in their last two Premier League winning title campaigns; but is eager for more first-team football.

World Cup winning forward Alvarez is a target for Juventus as well as Barcelona, and City are keen to tie the player down to a new deal at the club. However, at this time, Alvarez remains keen to leave.

Paris St Germain are the favourites however, as the French side search for a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who departed for Real Madrid on a free transfer.

Alvarez, when asked about his future, told reporters: "I'm calm, I feel good and I'm happy at Manchester City… and we will see what happens."

Alvarez is valued by his club at around £120 million, and Paris St Germain are eager to find a replacement for Mbappe as quickly as possible.
