Atletico Madrid want Olivier Giroud

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has reportedly emerged as a top transfer target for Atletico Madrid this summer.

The Spanish giants who are on course to lift the La Liga title this season, are believed to be keen on finding a replacement for star striker Diego Costa, who looks likely to join Chelsea at the end of the season.

 

According to The Daily Mail, French international Olivier Giroud is considered as a main target for Atletico, and are set to make an appreciable bid for his services come the summer transfer window.

 

The former Montpellier man has scored 20 goals for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
