Burnley to bid for Troy Deeney?
Burnley are understood to be readying a summer offer for Watford striker Troy Deeney, as they aim to increase their chances of survival in the Premier League next season.
The Clarets earned their promotion to the Premier League from the Championship recently, and manager Sean Dyche has insisted that the club would not break their transfer policy and will only by players who could be affordable within the transfer budget.
Deeney has been in superb form for Watford in recent seasons, and played a vital role in their run to the play-off final last season, where they lost to Crystal Palace.
Latest reports reveal that Deeney could reunite with the former Watford boss in the summer, with striker Sam Vokes ruled out for the rest of the year.
Deeney has scored 25 goals in 47 appearances for the Hornets this season.
