Arsenal set to sign Barca star for £24m?

Arsenal are reportedly preparing a summer offer worth £24m for the services of Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez, according to Spanish daily AS.

The Chilean star has enjoyed as excellent season with the Catalan giants this season. According to AS, the Gunners are keen on signing a top-class striker to accompany Olivier Giroud upfront next season, and the club's hierachy look set to pay a fee in the region of £24m for the former Udinese star in the upcoming transfer window.

 

The 25-year-old has notched up 18 goals and 10 assists in the La Liga this season.
