Glen Johnson tips Suarez to make World Cup
Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has tipped his club team mate Luis Suarez to make a return from injury and play in the World Cup tournament. Suarez has sustained a nasty injury in training that is expected to mean he will miss the country's opening game.
Suarez had been struggling since the last game of the season against Newcastle and recently underwent minor surgery.
"He thinks he'll be fit. We've been talking by text. I certainly don't want him to be injured. You don't ever want to see your mates or teammates injured. But if he was to miss our game and be fit for the next one," said Liverpool defender Glen Johnson.
