Marko Arnautovic to stay at Stoke City

Stoke City's winger Marko Arnautovic will reject a move to Newcastle and Tottenham and stay at the Britannia Stadium next season.

Arnautovic has been one of Mark Hughes' most inspired transfer signings and has enjoyed a hugely successful first season in Premier League football.

"It’s just paper talk," Arnautovic said of Tottenham and Newcastle's reported interest in his services.

"The season was good and now it’s over. I do not need to think about my future at the moment because it continues at Stoke.

"The important thing for me at the moment is to focus on the next few days with Austria, give everything, and then I can take a break."
