Valencia join race for Romelu Lukaku
Valencia has reportedly joined Atletico Madrid in the race for the services of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku this summer, according to a report.
Lukaku is considered to be a top target for a number of top European clubs this summer, following his excelleng display on loan for Everton last season.
The Mirror claims that the La Liga outfit are open to offering as much as £18m to secure the signature of the talented Belgian international.
However, Valencia could face stiff competition from Atletico, who are keen in signing up the forward as part of a deal for Chelsea target Filipe Luis.
