Liverpool might end up luring Cuadrado from Fiorentina
Liverpool has emerged as frontrunner in pursuit of Colombian star Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina this summer.
After a superb season in Serie A with Fiorentina and his impressive show in the World Cup this year, Cuadrado's future has been uncertain as to where he will finally play next season.
Liverpool has reportedly leapfrogged Juventus in his pursuit with a large bid from the Premier League side. Fiorentina has attempted to hold back such a huge talent for the season but they are being tempted by a mouthwatering bid from Anfield side.
Barcelona and Bayern Munich had also been linked to the Colombian player but the rumours are history now.
Fiorentina had valued Cuadrado at around £25 million before the World Cup and after his performance in the World Cup, his current valuation will be anything in upward of £30 million.
Colombia will play hosts Brazil in the quaterfinals of the World Cup which will likely be down to the wire.
