Serge Gnabry set for Newcastle loan switch?

Serge Gnabry is considering a loan move away from Arsenal. The arrival of Alexis Sanchez means that German youngster Gnabry is likely to miss out on regular first team action.

Newcastle, who sold Mathieu Debuchy to the Gunners last week, are believed to have opened talks with Arsene Wenger regarding the availability of Gnabry. Arsenal have high hopes for the young forward, who proved to be an important impact player from the bench last campaign.

Newcastle are confident they can wrap up a deal for Gnabry, but Southampton are also amongst the other teams who would like to secure the coveted German's temporary signing.
