Liverpool agree fee for Alberto Moreno

Liverpool have reportedly agreed on a transfer fee worth £16m to sign Spanish defender Alberto Moreno from Sevilla last summer.

The talented defender has been constantly linked with a summer switch to the Premier League, with the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool interested in his services.

According to The Daily Mail, the Reds have finally struck a deal for Moreno with the La Liga outfit, and the move is likely to be finalized once the Merseysiders return home on Tuesday.

Liverpool lost to Manchester United by a 3-1 scoreline during the final of the International Champions Cup in Miami, on Monday.
