Sergio Aguero signs new Man City contract
Sergio Aguero has followed Vincent Kompany's lead and signed a brand new contract at Manchester City. The Citizens have not been as busy in the transfer market this summer but seem to be pushing for stability and thus have tied down their best players to new long term contracts.
Aguero, who helped Argentina to the World Cup final this summer as well as guiding City to their second Premier League title last campaign, is still considered first choice striker at Man City.
Coach Manuel Pellegrini has shown his faith in the 26-year-old through the offer of a brand new five year deal at the Etihad Stadium.
Aguero said of the new contract: "This club is special; the fans, the stadium, the staff, the atmosphere, the new facility we’re moving into – everything."
