Man Utd seal deal for Marcos Rojo

Manchester United have confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Sporting Lisbon over the transfer of defender Marcos Rojo to the club.

The talented defender has been constantly linked with a switch to the Red Devils over the past few weeks, with manager Louis van Gaal keen on strengthening his back-line before the conclusion of the transfer window.

According to BBC Sport, the Red Devils have sealed a deal to sign the Argentine international, subject to a medical and personal terms.

It has also been confirmed that Portuguese winger Nani will make the switch to Sporting on a season-long loan as part of the deal.
