Hull City to wrap up deal for Michael Dawson

Michael Dawson will arrive at Hull City for talks on Monday morning. Tottenham Hotspur and the Tigers agreed a 5 million pounds transfer fee for the centre back.
With Eric Dier's impressive start to life at White Hart Lane and the expected signing of at least one more centre back by Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino; Dawson has been told that he is free to leave the North London side in search of more regular first team football.
Hull City also have plans to sign at least three new faces before the transfer window slams shut on August 31st and a deal for Jordan Rhodes of Blackburn appears to be edging ever closer; whilst manager Steve Bruce also appears to have made progress in his pursuit of Tottenham defender Michael Dawson, with just a medical and agreement of personal terms standing in the Tigers' way.
The former Nottingham Forest centre back will sign a three year contract with Bruce's side.
