Arsenal to reignite interest in Argentine sensation?

Arsenal are set to renew their interest in Paris Saint-Germain striker Ezequiel Lavezzi, according to a report.

The Argentine international had been on the Gunners' radar this summer, until the club opted to sign Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona.

However, with the absence of French striker Olivier Giroud due to an ankle injury until the New Year, manager Arsene Wenger considers the addition of a new centre-forward as his main priority.

According to The Express, the North London outfit could make an offer for the talented striker before the conclusion of the transfer window on September 1.
