Spurs plot swoop for Fabian Delph

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be keen on signing Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph in January, according to The People.

Delph has been in good form for the Villans this season in spite of their failure to get out of the bottom half of the Premier League.

The 25-year-old recently got a call-up to the England national side and The People reports that Spurs are keen on offering the former Leeds star with a new challenge in the upcoming transfer window.

Delph is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury.
