Liverpool in for Charlie Austin?
Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin has apparently emerged as a top transfer target for Liverpool in the January transfer window.
The Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is understood to be keen on signing a new striker in the New Year, having seen summer signings in Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert fail to light up the ground.
According to The Mail, the Merseysiders are readying to test Queens Park Rangers' resolve by making a tempting offer for the former Burnley star in the upcoming transfer window.
Austin has scored seven goals in 12 appearances for the R's this season.
