Man Utd want to renegotiate Falcao fee
Manchester United are hoping to discuss the future of Colombian striker Radamel Falcao with his parent club Monaco this week. United want to reduce the fee they will pay for a permanent deal for the forward.
Falcao has had a mixed campaign since arriving at Old Trafford, but coach Louis van Gaal wants to sign the player on a permanent deal. Van Gaal has so far favoured the strike duo of Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney, leaving Falcao short of playing time. United have first option on a permanent deal for the striker on July 1st. Falcao has also attracted interest from Chelsea and from Arsenal.
