Stoke City eye Hernandez swoop

Stoke City are hopeful of beating their Premier League rivals to the signature of Manchester United's Javier Hernandez in the summer.

The Mexican international joined Los Blancos on a season-long loan from United last summer, but has since been restricted to just 13 La Liga appearances.

According to talkSPORT, Chicharito is likely to be sold on his return to United this summer, as manager Louis van Gaal considers him as surplus to requirements.
